Operation Department
The Operations Department is gathering different teams to ensure the operational performance of Powens Group.
This includes Integration and Support teams who are in charge of the integration and the support of our customers, Security team in charge of the implementation and the maintenance of high security standards, and the Projects team which is managing strategic and cross-functional projects.
Several teams work together in this department
Customer Support Specialist: Customer satisfaction is their priority! Team members analyze customer bugs, evaluate problems and follow up on tickets until they are resolved.
Project Management: The team is responsible for the management of strategic projects from the definition of standards to the implementation & optimization of processes and tools.
Security: Aim to implement technical and organizational measures to ensure the integrity and security of systems.
Integration Engineer: the team members ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly, manage the integration of customers and are the technical referents for customers.
Information Security and Data Protection are key to Powens’ business, therefore the company has developed a strong security culture shared by all employees.
The security culture is based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 27001. Powens Group is certified to guarantee the highest levels of security.
