The Product Department is at the heart of the Powens organization. Its mission is to understand the needs of our customers and to answer them. The department is responsible for the construction, the delivery of our products and new features.

The department is currently constituted of about ten people: Chief Product Officer, Product Managers and Product Designers. This department interacts with all teams and acts as an orchestra conductor.

Each of our Product Managers is responsible for the technical roadmap of a product. PMs coordinate a team of 3 to 10 developers. They are in permanent contact with their users to design the Powens of tomorrow.

Today we have 5 Product Managers on our core and transversal products:

• Bank : Banking account aggregation product
• Pay : Payment initiation product
• Wealth : Investment and wealth data aggregation product
• API : Responsible for the overall performance of our products
• Console & Webview : Dashboard and interface to integrate, manage and monitor our API and products

The Product Designer is at the heart of the product life cycle, at the intersection of product management (strategy-centric) and product development (operations-centric).

He/she brings a user-centric approach to the entire development cycle.
