Job Description:

You will assist the Compliance Officer in his daily tasks: implementation, monitoring and deployment of a regulatory framework for Powens.

Your missions:

• Carry out regulatory monitoring and AML mandatory checks
• Perform level 1 permanent controls on the compliance framework
• Draft and spread rules and procedures
• Ensure the regulatory watch
• Ensure that compliance-related regulatory requirements are transposed into internal tools and procedures
• Organize and coordinate reporting, monitoring and prevention tools for the compliance framework
• Ensure that the payment institution complies with laws, regulations and professional standards
• Participate to various projects driven by the Compliance Team

Profile and skills required:

• Student from a Business School or a university studying banking law/Business
• You have a first experience in compliance department
• Autonomous and able to make constructive suggestions
• Rigorous and diligent
• Curious and interested in the fintech industry
• You are able to absorb large amounts of information quickly
• You are team player, able to work with different teams
• Fluent in English & French (written and spoken)

Internship conditions:

• Compensation: €1,200 gross per month
