Job description :
Powens is hiring an Account Executive to manage Enterprise accounts in complex, high-stakes sales cycles. The scope includes both prospects (banks, fintechs, insurers, software vendors…) and subsidiaries or entities of existing clients.
The role is primarily outbound, although Powens’ reputation and product quality continue to generate a steady inbound flow. The goal: open strategic accounts, structure solid sales cycles, and close high-impact deals.
Close collaboration with BDR, marketing, presales, as well as legal, product, and delivery teams. Identify the right contacts, qualify opportunities precisely, control and pace the sales cycle. Anticipate RFPs. Work with partners and consulting firms. Participate in industry events and energetically develop the network.
Strong forecasting discipline, ability to handle complexity, create value, and close deals.
Profile and skills required :
- Proven experience in B2B sales, long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, SaaS/API context. Ability to manage six-figure opportunities in demanding environments.
- Comfortable engaging with both C-level and operational contacts. Structured, closing-oriented, credible in value selling. No superficial sales talk: methodical, rigorous, customer-minded.
- Knowledge of open banking, banking, insurance, or fintech sectors is a plus but not mandatory. Curiosity and quick learning skills will compensate for any lack of sector expertise.
- Fluent in French, professional proficiency in English.

Package :
- 65k-75k€ base + bonus (70% of base, uncapped)
