Job Description:
Our Head of Revenue Spain will lead the Spanish Sales team, report to the CRO, and collaborate closely with the Marketing department. Together, they will employ account-based selling best practices (ABM) to generate well-qualified projects within our focus companies.
Your missions:
- Lead, develop, and expand the Spanish sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Manage a team of 6 people composed by BDR, Account Executives, Account Managers and Pre-Sales Engineer
- Strategize and drive sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging your expertise to deepen market penetration.
- Optimize solution selling and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage and convert key accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Leadership to align sales strategies with market needs and product development.
- Oversee the sales pipeline management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in client acquisition processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team, ensuring continuous professional development and team cohesion.
- Offer strategic insights to the Marketing team for lead generation and brand positioning.
- Coordinate with Integration, and Compliance departments to streamline client onboarding.
Profile and skills required:

Salary Range : 70K-80K base salary + variable salary (50% of base salary)
