Job Description:
Powens Group is looking for an experienced B2B demand generation manager with a strong background in long cycle marketing for tech companies, ideally within the Fintech sector.
In this role, you will drive lead generation strategies for our key use cases in Europe, with a primary focus on France and Spain. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-touch marketing programs that generate qualified leads and strategic opportunities for the sales team — with an emphasis on outbound initiatives and account-based marketing (ABM) tactics to engage high-potential accounts.
Reporting directly to the CMO, you will work hands-on to design and execute integrated campaigns, leveraging both inbound and outbound marketing strategies to maximize impact. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
This role is not focused on digital performance marketing, but rather on developing high-impact, multi-touch B2B campaigns that engage decision-makers over time.
Your missions:
- Develop and execute demand generation programs for our core markets (France and Spain), with occasional support for Mexico.
- Manage a portfolio of integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, executive events, nurturing programs, etc.
- Drive content strategy jointly with CMO, coordinating the creation of assets such as blog posts, ebooks, infographics, case studies, and testimonials tailored to buying stages.
- Oversee the marketing database, ensuring data integrity, segmentation, and engagement optimization.
- Continuously analyze and optimize email, landing page, and event performance to improve lead conversion rates.
- Define, track, and report KPIs to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.
Profile and skills required:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English; Spanish and French are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in Fintech or tech companies.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing for long and consultative sales cycles.
- Experience in lead nurturing and sales-marketing alignment.
- Familiarity with ABM approaches and targeted marketing for niche markets.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
