Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Product Owner to support the developments and optimization of our Smart Data Suite for the Mexican Market.
With your product squad responsible for the smart data suite of the Mexican market, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You’ll ensure our platform and solutions deliver exceptional value to our customers, while maintaining a high level of robustness and scalability of our technical platform.
Your missions:
- Work hand in hand with the Product Solution Manager in Mexico and the assigned Tech Lead in Europe to ensure the delivery of the roadmap
- Define functional product requirement documents that align with user / business needs
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria based on identified business needs
- Define, prioritize and improve the team development workflow, manage and improve the team’s delivery pace and the quality of the product capabilities with clear metrics
- Contribute to the definition and management of our roadmap in alignment with business needs
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams
- Manage relationships with third party providers and partners that contribute to the delivery of our roadmap
- Ensure product capabilities quality, improve continuously our administration console & webview as well as the documentation of your product capabilities
- Be the representative of your product capabilities and communicate the developments and progress of the team to internal & external stakeholders
Profile and skills required:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Fluent in French is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience leading product and/or technical teams in a B2B fast paced environment company
- Strong product mindset: you’re always keen to improve the customer and user experience
- Capacity to translate business requirements into clear and actionable product features
- Practical knowledge and experience working with APIs, databases and large data workloads
- Strong leadership and empathy, with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
- Curious and willing to deep dive into technical components to understand their purpose
- Expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban
- Proficiency in tools like Jira for backlog management
- An understanding of Open Finance & Financial services in general is a plus. Specific knowledge of the Open Finance industry in Mexico and/or a technical background is also appreciated.
- Webscaping knowledge would be a plus
