Job Description:
The Senior Product Manager is the voice of the market and a strategist who translates the company’s high-level vision and goals into actionable tasks.
Senior Product Manager embodies the multitude of customers who make up the market for certain products. He/she knows the issues, stakes and challenges of these customers and ensures that the product provides solutions, assets and added value for these customers.
Your missions:
- Define the target market and identify its problems: understand pain points, needs and preferences.
- Talk to the market: participate in conferences, industry events and user clubs, perform market research.
- Use surveys to collect feedback and gather quantitative data on customer satisfaction and overall experience from the customer and market.
- Elaborate product strategy as an entrepreneur, set and promote a vision that describes investment priorities.
- Build business case for new capabilities, and maintain a business proposal that makes a compelling case for continued investment in the products.
- Develop pricing strategies: define the optimal pricing model based on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and product value.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to organize marketing actions.
- Build and manage the 6 months product release plan, and take part to the product roadmap with other PM
- Watch the market / regulatory evolution and trends : market trends, competitor offerings, and industry reports.
Profile and skills required:
- Minimum 7 years experience as a Product Manager in a banking environment or fintech SaaS industry
- Practical knowledge in one of the following industry: credit, payment, wealth management, open-banking
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), French or Spanish would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to summarize, adapt, and repeat
- Strong analytical rigor and organization skills: you’re able to ground your hypothesis on solid facts, even under pressure
- Confronted to the unknown, you can still use your instinct to make quick choice in a complex and uncertain environment
- Pragmatic and result-oriented: you know that a technically perfect product that does not meet any needs is a useless product
- You know how to influence teams towards a clear vision
- Curious, critical thinker with well-argued conviction, you’re happy to change your mind when confronted to better facts

Salary range: 70 000€ - 90 000€
